- The squad consists of an Account Executive, Customer Growth Executive, Presales Engineer, and others critical to the success of landing new sales logos and generating additional revenue for the company.
- Coordinate daily activities within and outside the squad, ensuring that the work cadence is in line with Infobip’s Agile way of work (WoW).
- Act as a hands-on coach, motivator, goal setter, and navigator through the sales process (e.g., day-to-day coaching and activities, distribute workload, provide feedback on performance, etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaisons with deal supporting teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, People Operations, etc.)
- Manage your squad’s deliverables and provides necessary support (e.g. customer meetings, escalations), while taking care of absence management and travel support/proposals.
