- You will work across all areas of the talent lifecycle, including headcount and workforce planning, recruiting, career development, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, engagement, company culture, and retention.
- Partner with HR partners and functional teams (e.g. Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and M&A) to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects.
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards using data visualization best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in HR analytics and recommend new tools and techniques to advance the team's capabilities.
- Experience developing custom Workday reports Ability to develop dashboards using Power BI dashboards and DAX Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the capability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leaders and non-experts both verbally and in writing.
