- You support the organization's employee base in the development and execution of a human resources strategy, which includes AmeriCorps compliance, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management and evaluation, HRIS, legal and compliance issues, and professional development.
- Additionally, in this role, you work to ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all organizational and human resources practices.
- You must also be skilled at approaching your work through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provides management, oversight, support and/or execution of day-to-day HR operations to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS and compliance for staff and AmeriCorps members.
