- Under the direction and supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO, the Sr. Director HR plays a vital role in providing strategic HR support to leadership.
- Acting as a collaborative consultant, this role will work with operational and clinical leaders to address HR matters, translate strategies into actionable objectives, and facilitate pathways for teams to achieve them.
- Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, labor relations, policy administration, training & development, recruiting, total rewards, HR information systems (HRIS), and credentialing.
- Oversee the entire HR function including HR Operations, HRIS, Total Rewards, Credentialing, Training and Development and Talent Acquisition.
- Lead HR initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
