- The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR support to the CST Spine & Biologics VP / GM, functional VPs and their leadership teams.
- The HRBP will partner with the COEs to ensure effective execution of programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, culture change, diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent management and development, employee relations, total rewards and recognition, change management, and organization effectiveness.
- Design strategic initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness with specific focus on functional strategy and operating model to drive enterprise contribution, impact and value.
- Master's degree in Business, I/O Psychology or Human Resources
- HRIS (Workday, PeopleSoft preferred), database, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software.
