- Your ImpactWe are looking for an ambitious Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team.
- As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for overseeing, managing and communicating global compensation and salary programs.
- This role will work closely with a cross-functional team of HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and other HR centers of excellence (learning, and analytics).
- What You’ll DoLocation: Remotely from USA OR Onsite at our Scottsdale, AZ or Seattle, WA officesReports to: Director of Total Rewards Modify, implement and communicate global compensation and salary administration programs, including set up and maintenance of all compensation programs.
- Proactively partner with HR Business partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on complex internal/ external offers.
