- Drawing from a diverse web of roots, including practices of various Indigenous peoples of North America, Australia, and New Zealand, Restorative Practices work to promote right relationships between people in all corners of the University.
- The Associate Director of Restorative Practices (AD) oversees the implementation of RP for healing, accountability and community building for students, staff, and faculty in collaboration with campus partners.
- is embedded within and works closely with the Center for Community Standards and Accountability (CSA) to support RP response in student conduct cases, and partners with the Office of the Associate Vice President for Equity and Title IX for RP cases involving Title IX violations.
- The Team consists of the AD, a Restorative Facilitation Specialist, a CSA Case Manager Liaison, and the Restorative Training and Partnership Specialist.
- The Restorative Practices Facilitation Specialist (RPS) will support the continued development of the program and supplement the work of the AD in the areas of RJ facilitation for CSA cases and Title IX cases, proactive community building Circles, and ongoing facilitator support.
