- Job Overview:As the Regional Vice President of Human Resources, you’ll be responsible for leading the efficient and consistent management of the organization's people practices, culture, programs and processes in three regional markets.
- The Regional Vice President of Human Resources will lead strategic human resources support, planning and development of initiatives to align with company Human Resources policies and best practices as well as overall company strategy.
- This position spans a broad range of responsibilities in many areas, including: cross-functional team leadership and counsel to the senior executive team, organizational development, leadership development, training, full-service recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, wellness, and organizational leadership on an executive level.
- Recruiting and Retention: Enhance talent management, acquisition strategies, and the processes needed to support organizational talent objectives (e.g. succession planning, key talent development, workforce planning, etc
- Organizational Development: In collaboration with the senior leadership team, lead change management activities needed to support organization development and integration initiatives.
