- THE OPPORTUNITY The Regional Human Resources Manager – US Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Human Resources department and its associated programs the region.
- Acts as a resource person in the interpretation of employment law, legal contracts and policies relating to all aspects of human resources management.
- Works with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Provides labor relations support including collective agreement interpretation and handling of grievances.
- Initiates and manages the consistent implementation of various initiatives involving staffing, individual and team performance, organization design, employee and labor relations, and leadership development.
