- You will be the quality assurance partner to plant management and manage the overall quality, food safety and regulatory standards at the plant.
- Programs to include environmental monitoring, allergen control, GMP's, HACCP, as well as other prerequisite programs.
- As site Safe Quality Foods Practitioner, responsible to develop, implement, validate, verify, and maintain the SQF prerequisite, food safety, and food quality systems for the plant.
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s, and quality systems in a low moisture food manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of National Organic Program, Kosher, and Rainforest Alliance implementation and compliance.
