- The Payroll Analyst position is responsible for managing and supporting our global payroll process for our payrolls in the APAC region.
- Employee experience: Respond to employee inquiries and serve as a liaison between employee and third-party providers; educate and counsel employees on how to use self-service tools and address issues that fall outside the scope of self-service, including leaves of absence, benefits changes, hourly time tracking and overtime.
- Cross-functional partnerships: Work with internal partners in Human Resources/ Recruiting/ Strategic Finance/ Legal to facilitate and improve the payroll processes, including benefits and withholdings (e.g., leave of absence, employee benefits, retirement and leave balances, flexible spending accounts, etc.)
- Payroll Reconciliation and Validation: Review all payroll reporting and ensure accurate and timely filing with appropriate government authorities.
- Systems: Experience with Workday (or equivalent ERP), activpayroll, UKG (Immedis), ADP Celergo payroll vendors, and Excel (think pivot tables and lookups) a definite plus.
