- The People & Culture Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of a centralized HR compliance monitoring program designed to align HR policies and practices with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and in support of the company business plan.
- This role focuses on compliance audits, policy creation, regulatory reporting, communication, and training.
- Serves as a resource in HR compliance to resolve inquiries and provide cross-functional project support as needed
- Maintains integrity of employee records and supports legal requests for documentation and information, investigator reviews, regulatory audits and reporting, insurance purposes, and approved requests for information, in accordance with applicable law
- Develops compliance training materials and collaborates with the Organizational Effectiveness team to provide and track required and recommended training
