- As the Organization and Talent Development Coordinator, this role is critical in helping to create solutions that contribute to workforce development, leadership development and employee engagement.
- Under general supervision and in alignment with the department objectives, the OTD (Organization & Talent Development) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the OTD team.
- This position encompasses three core dimensions of their work (1) Supporting Enterprise-Wide Organization and Talent Initiatives to include Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning, Learning and Development and Organization Development (2) Collaborating on the Learning Management System (LMS) administration and (3) Providing administrative support to the OTD Team. Also, this role will collaborate with various team members within HR and across the organization.
- Supports program design and implementation plans to enhance the employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness, including performance, succession, leadership development, employee engagement, mentoring and employee development.
- Actively participate in learning management system (LMS) administration, including processing access requests, new position training population, training matrix review initiation, course catalog management, user administration, learner support, and troubleshooting technical issues.
