- Under general supervision, the OLI Consultant educates/collaborates on System projects in areas such as onboarding, engagement, performance management, change management, employee retention, leadership development, career mapping, competency modeling, quality, safety and other organization priorities.
- This role utilizes knowledge of adult learning theory and leverages instructional design expertise to develop and lead programs offered through OLI and to ensure that these programs are consistent with OLI quality measures.
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
- Ability to and experience in training development/design, people development, and adult learning.
- Ability to lead and experience in leading learning programs from design to development to deployment.
