- Our team is growing and we’re seeking a Total Rewards Compensation/Benefits Manager to drive our compensation and benefits initiatives; including health, wellness, engagement, pay and retirement programs to ensure attraction and retention of top talent.
- Lead the process for annual merit awards, performance bonuses and the creation of employee total rewards statements
- Ensure effective handling of FMLA and leave of absence requests, disability claims and ADA considerations
- Manage completion of 5500s, 401k non-discrimination testing and legislative requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of total rewards experience including compensation and benefits
