- Leads the design and development of people analytics ranging from metrics to predictive capabilities across the employee lifecycle
- Combines multiple HR data sources (demographics, compensation, engagement, performance, etc) to analyze patterns and causal relations to build predictive models and suggest areas for process improvement
- A Graduate degree in related field, or Bachelors degree with relevant work experience
- 6+ years of experience using statistical software packages (R, Python etc.)
