- Working closely with the Associate Dean for Administration & Finance and Director, HR Business Partner Operations, the Manager of HR Administration provides support in several areas, including talent acquisition/recruitment, hiring/employment processing, training, records management, onboarding, policy implementation, performance management, and off-boarding.
- The Manager selects, develops and supervises the HR Associates who carry out the work and serve as Workday Human Capital Management System (HCM) subject matter experts.
- The Manager regularly audits portfolio employee data and produces analytical reports/trends to college leadership and HRBP to support HR planning activities.
- Keep track of the annual activities/events in the HR operations space including faculty promotion, faculty workload reconciliation, performance management, term start/end dates, contract renewals, etc.
- Works with Academic Operations Directors on workload sheets for full time and half-time faculty.
