- Collaborating closely with the Director of HR & Training, you will lead a dedicated HR team in executing key HR functions, with a strong focus on company recruitment, growth initiatives, and developing efficient processes.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day Human Resources operations of the organization, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, recruitment and retention, employee and labor relations, HRIS, workers’ compensation, employee health, employee engagement activities, and building PPSI culture.
- Oversee and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for growth in existing and new territories and geographical regions through workforce planning employer branding, recruitment marketing, networking and industry engagement, internship and training programs, and regularly reviewing and refining the recruitment strategy based on performance metrics, feedback and changes in the business environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR Director.
- Promote a culture of open communication and employee engagement.
