- This role will manage the Enablement Ops team while also playing a pivotal role in defining the Product & Business Transformation Enablement process.
- This person will ensure that our Sales & CX teams have the information they need, drive change management, adoption of selling new products, and partner with the broader Enablement team to drive activation in the field.
- You will report directly to our Senior Director, Sales Enablement.
- Partner closely with Product Support Enablement to ensure consistency in technical product training as needed
- Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with Sales, Customer Experience & Solutions, Product Marketing, and Product Leadership
