- System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Learning Management System (Workday or SuccessFactors preferred) and Performance Management System.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences and performance/talent management processes to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
