- ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for an IT Service Desk Specialist.
- Join our dynamic team, where you will comprehensively understand IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and procedures.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) previously known as SCCM, and Software Center
- Provide on-site equipment repair or deskside support services to include services for drop-off of equipment for configuration, reconfiguration, or repair as required
- Provide the capacity to configure or reconfigure workstations or other approved peripherals in on-site deskside support location(s) customer support area inside each supported facility; the Contractor must also be able to rapidly and efficiently expand these capabilities to ensure that all workstations/peripherals are updated, upgraded, or patched as required
