- Job Duties : GatherRequirements, define business process to migrate legacy Oracle HRMS systems tocloud based Workday HRMS system.
- Implement testing strategies, configurevarious modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll,Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
- Design, configure, automate businessprocesses using TOSCA to enhance current application systems which includeHire, Change Job, Termination, Propose Compensation etc.
- Build customintegrations (Inbound/Outbound) via core connectors and EIBs. Manageintegration using Calculated Fields, EIB, Document Transformation, WorkdayConnector, XML, XSLT, Web Services technologies.
- Use EIB's and iLoad to loadthe new data, changes to the existing data in the tenant.
