- Develop, present and sell customized comprehensive Employee Benefit programs and HR solutions based on individual client needs.
- Partner with Account Management team, and provide service & quotes to new and existing clientsMaintain production reports and attend all sales meetings as required.
- Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleaguesDo you have what it takes?
- 2+ years of experience in selling Employee Benefits requiredActive Life and Health License required Advanced experience with MS Office productsAbility to commute to one of the following locations 2 to 3 days a week: Cincinnati, OH, Worthington, OH, Holland, OH or Lexington, KYAAA Club Alliance (ACA) is an equal opportunity employer.
