- Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:InflexionPoint is looking for a Human Resource (HR) Specialist.
- As the Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the Human Resource function including, benefits administration, creating offer letters, running reports from our HRIS, administering exit interviews, completing, bi-weekly payroll processing, including Paid Time Off PTO), 401K processing and compensation administration.
- The HR Specialist is a full-time, salaried, exempt position, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources.
- Requirements:Job Duties and Responsibilities Payroll - Manage end-to-end bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing using Paylocity for all InflexionPoint employees (both exempt and non-exempt).
- Importing, proofing, editing, processing, and transmitting all payroll wages, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, commissions, and manual payments consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws - Maintaining up-to-date employee demographic and payroll information, including Paid Time Off (PTO) usage, 401K contributions, accruals, and balances - Ensure hours and earnings are balanced and imported into the payroll system.
