- Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization human resources department by planning, evaluating and providing employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, and human resources policies, programs and practices.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing talent, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes to improve retention and employee engagement.
- Develop and conduct leadership training for front line supervisors and managers including new leader orientation and first- time supervisory training.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Administer the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
