The Orientation Counselor assists in the timely completion of Biopsychosocial Assessments, family intake assessments, and orients new patients to the unit and Turning Point programming. Job Description Responsibilities Orientation Counselor Turning Point has an opening for a full-time Orientation Counselor.

Develop and oversee creation and management of departmental communication;· Develop on and off-campus collaborations and partnerships to enhance orientation, transition, and parent/family programs, services and initiatives;· Manage all departmental budgets; and· Provide oversight for student staff leadership development learning outcomes for all levels of student staff.

Our Nurse Residency Program and Specialty-specific orientation programs provide our new nurses with increased clinical support and education during orientation. Cooley Dickinson’s VNA & Hospice is also a vital part of our network, providing home-based services throughout Hampshire and Franklin counties.

Position Description:BSO Graduate Assistants report to the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Orientation Programs in the Office of First-Year and Student Transitions. We also coordinate Relocate Advising Day for regional campus students moving to the Athens campus, College Credit Plus orientation, and family/guest programs for all orientations, as well as co-coordinate the efforts of Welcome Week. Undergraduate Orientation Programs welcomes approximately 5,200 new students and 6,800 family members and guests to the Athens campus of Ohio University each year through BSO programs.

Location: The work location for this position in both the Brigham and Women's Hospital and Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, which option to consider 1 day a week remote after orientation, to be evaluated by Director of Operations.

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate. Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.

This role has a minimum base pay from $17.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations. Organize merchandise to company standards to ensure customers may shop with ease.

Your key responsibilities will be compiling orders and replenishing and moving merchandise, whether it be on the sales floor or to a customer's vehicle. Your day will be spent checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers and operating a forklift.
