- Primary Function: The HR Generalist is responsible for, but not limited to, supporting the company by implementing HR processes, guidance and procedures by providing HR services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, new hire onboarding, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
- Assist HR Director with the completion of ongoing tasks relating to company practices, procedures, hiring/terminations, benefits and other related HR issues.
- Assist in resolving payroll, insurance, benefits, FMLA, Termination, Cobra, 401K, etc
- New Hire orientation and file generation/completion with attention to federal and state guidelines and compliance.
- Recruitment for Low-Mid Level, non-union, employees when needed.
