- Provides expert advice, counsel and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project-basis in areas of HR that include HR Policy and Compliance (Handbook), Employment Processing and Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Liaison to Benefits, Payroll and HR Technology Providers across our clients, which range from small/emerging-growth to mid-size organizations
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field; and a minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader;
- Consulting firm background/experience is preferred in the accounting/consulting or HR consulting industries;
- Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification strongly preferred;
