- The HR Business Partner is integral to the ach ievement of corporate metrics by helping managers and employees meet their operational goals.
- The HRBP is responsible for managing and administering human resource policies, procedures, and programs, paired with supporting leadership and employees.
- The HRBP will provide subject matter expertise, partnership, and implementation support in areas of HR that include managing the following on a day-to-day basis: human resource administration, compliance, employment changes/onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, LOAs, employee relations, payroll, and managing the HRIS system.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR operations and laws.
