- Provides oversight and support for local site / business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management, local training delivery, data gathering and documentation and community relations.
- Manages complex employee relations matters including investigations, escalations, remediation, and process management.
- Develop roadmap and implementation plan to transform existing employee relations communication, reporting and compliance vehicles to a more leverage enterprise insource or outsource model.
- Support CHRO or VP Legal to develop and deliver internal presentations or stakeholder interviews to support transformation of employee relations solution.
- Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience with specific competence in effectively managing complex labor or employee relations environments and demonstrated experience effectively leading teams and/or successfully implementing change management.
