- A well-established retail company seeks an HRIS Manager to join their dynamic team.
- In addition, the HRIS Manager is responsible for maintaining the HRIS software, collaborating with the Payroll Manager on maintaining the payroll software, and collaborating with the Payroll Manager and IT Department on maintaining the Company's time-keeping system.
- Serve as Project Manager/Lead, Education and Change Management Resource, System Administrator, and Technical Resource for implementation of UKG-Pro, including UKG Pro Pay and People Center, UKG Pro Talent Acquisition, UKG Pro Benefits Administration, Income & Employment Verification with Equifax, Great Place to Work, and UKG Pro Employee Pay.
- Understanding of and advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now,
- Responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, operation, and optimization of the Company's HRIS and payroll system to meet the needs of the Company and its employees.
