- Applies people analytics to empower business leaders to make data driven decisions by communicating workforce risks, analyzing workforce trends, and identifying future opportunities.
- Acts as the aligned product manager for three (3) to four (4) interconnected COE-owned products (based on level of complexity) and collaborates directly with the COE product owner/leader to support the lifecycle management and influence the overarching product strategy and process with enterprise-wide stakeholder feedback.
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field such as knowledge of Talent Management Program Development Initiatives (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Development, Workforce Planning, and Conflict Resolution) and can execute those initiatives to completion.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive, multidisciplinary HR experience, including at least three (3) years of dedicated experience working as an HR Business Partner aligned to senior leadership.
- Certification in Human Resources to an accredited institution (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.
