- We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of HR experience including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner with demonstrated success working with Senior Directors and above on talent and human capital initiatives.
- You will engage, and partner with the Consulting HR team, in strategic initiatives including data reporting and analytics, organizational design, talent review and development, employee engagement, and performance and rewards programs.
- Skilled in coaching, influencing, facilitating, presentation, process development, analysis and problem solving
- Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
