- The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) manages the human resource function for the store operations in assigned regions to include staffing analysis, positive employee relations, training and development, recruiting and retention, and regulatory environment compliance.
- The HRG consults with and advises multi-level store operations managers to ensure all qualitative measures of people management are met.
- Supports talent acquisition initiatives and contributes to recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, selecting and training high caliber store personnel throughout the region
- Assists with building and maintaining professional relationships with trade schools, military job placement centers and employment agencies
- Demonstrates customer focus and service orientation with the ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
