- In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the Full level Tax (FLT) process for new small business clients as they transition to ADP. Gathers historical tax and payroll related information working with Client/Implementation/Sales.
- Works effectively to set proper expectations to achieve total client satisfaction and contribute to first year client retention.
- Handles complex client set ups including multi-jurisdiction, large employee count, special taxation, identifies and troubleshoots OOBs and contacts client regarding OOBs and debit approval.
- Manages wipbins within the FLT and Clarify applications providing updates to FLT TSS and/or Management upon request
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Accounting, Math, Business Administration or related
