- The Director of Human Resources reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is charged with the management of a comprehensive agency-wide human resource program that enhances the working environment for all employees.
- Strategy- Works with the senior management team to create a dynamic human resource plan that when executed will support NHC’s overarching goals of a highly engaged/high-performing workforce within an inclusive culture that focuses on employee success and retention.
- Staffing– Closely collaborates with NHC’s executive leadership, administrative staff, and all interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive staffing support is provided at all times, organization-wide.
- Stakeholder Engagement- In conjunction with NHC’s executive leadership, administrative staff, and all interdisciplinary teams, represents and supports NHC’s mission and impact through engagement with internal and external stakeholder groups – locally, regionally, statewide, and beyond.
- Human Resources- Instills a human capital development and coaching culture within NHC; oversees the expansion of staff initiatives, employee relations, benefits, performance evaluation, and recruiting/retention approaches that are linked to measurable outcomes.
