- Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), the Director will oversee all aspects of HR operations for the National Clean Transportation Solutions Practice (CTS), including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement and development and HR compliance.
- The HR Director will be the HR Business Partner to CTS leadership and the employee champion.
- Collaborate, as the HR Business Partner, with CTS business leaders to understand organizational goals and implement HR strategies to support the business while engaging and developing employees.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and engagement and be the liaison for participation into other TRC sponsored employee development programs (RISE, LEAD, BRIDGE, SPIRIT, STEP, etc
