- The Director of Global Marketing Capabilities & Operations will play a pivotal role as a member of the Digital Leadership Team equal parts change agent, master orchestrator, analyst, technologist and pragmatic optimist, with exceptional skills in communication and collaboration.
- This position is fully remote but must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership
- Define, communicate, and lead the strategy for global marketing capabilities and operations aligned to our overall strategic digital and customer experience vision, north star and OKRs/business outcomes.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams representing a broad set of marketing domains including performance marketing, email and marketing automation, SEO, content strategy and production, demand generation and lead process management.
- eCommerce and online sales / demand generation and account-based capabilities experience strongly preferred.
