- The Director Corporate Communications helps execute clear, strategic priorities and support the design, development and implementation of customer and employee communications that will advance overall company goals.
- Work closely with the Executive Team to orchestrate change management related to corporate strategy, including developing a visibility plan, providing strategic communication guidance and crafting compelling messages aligned with brand voice.
- Lead strategic development and delivery of internal events to drive strong brand presence and employee engagement, including (but not limited to) quarterly all-employee Town Halls.
- Prior strategic communications experience, including reputation management, crisis communications, employee engagement, training, stakeholder engagement, media and analyst relations, executive visibility, public affairs, and brand management.
- Demonstrated experience in internal communications, B2B marketing and customer communications.
