- Develop business strategy to deepen relationships through further understanding of Standard’s value proposition.
- 30% Execute strategy to grow sales with key TPA firms and strategic partners to increase combined business in all market segments.
- 15% Lead Standard’s efforts within industry events and advocacy groups (e.g. NAPA) and partners (e.g. DCIOs) to promote Standard’s brand.
- 5% Partner with home office associates as needed to represent the needs of the Business Development team.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in retirement plan industry, with specific experience in Institutional sales and relationship management.
