- As a change management consultant on our team, you'll have a direct impact on the DoD. You'll engage with your customers to analyze their environment and produce stakeholder analyses, environmental analyses, communication strategies, training strategies, and engagement strategies.
- 12+ years of experience with organizational change management, organizational design, strategic communications, training development, process improvement, or performance optimization, including managerial roles over staff
- 5+ years of experience with business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization
- Experience with conducting organizational change management in an Agile fashion
