- The Corporate Trainer supports YFA’s organization initiatives through designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for employees across various Programs and Departments.
- This position will also support the recruitment and talent acquisition in sourcing the best talent for YFA, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.
