- Infegy, an industry-leading SaaS data analytics company that translates billions of consumer voices into actionable intelligence, seeks a proactive, results-driven, customer-focused Client Support Specialist to support client needs, respond to and resolve customer support tickets, and drive adoption of our data analytics platforms.
- This Client Support Specialist will act as the first line of help for our clients and is responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of Infegy’s support functions.
- The position will report to the Vice President of Client Success and will collaborate with all Infegy team members to serve many of the most well-known enterprise brands, ad agencies, and marketing research firms, including Golin, Finn Partners, Toyota, IRI, and VMLY&R. If you have a track record for delighting customers and finding creative solutions, we want to talk with you.
- The position is based in Kansas City and offers a hybrid home/office work opportunity.
- Manage client support requests from receipt to resolution.
