- Ensure a smooth on-boarding and implementation experience for new clients and newly hired employees.
- Act as client’s single point of contact and liaise with internal EMPLOVA departments for matters related to WC, EPLI, payroll, retirement, reporting and other related areas.
- Conduct live and webinar-based trainings for employees during client onboarding and annual open enrollment, and client trainings related to EMPLOVA’s platform usage and procedures.
- Knowledge of and ability to explain and provide guidance on clients’ payroll, benefit billing, reporting and best practices in operations.
- Identify process improvement possibilities and participate in improvement efforts, sharing best practices and ideas across practices.
