- This role is responsible for assisting in the development of programs and strategies to ensure compliance with Property and Casualty adjuster licensing and continuing education state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.
- In addition, you will be accountable for promoting awareness of adjuster licensing compliance matters.
- Regulatory Change Management (RCM):Oversee the review and communication of new or revised laws, regulations, bulletins, and regulatory publications applicable to Property and Casualty Claim adjuster licensing and continuing education.
- Licensing:Facilitate and oversee licensing of company entities, adjusters, attorneys, and/or producer/agencies to ensure compliance with applicable state rules and regulations in obtaining and maintaining licenses and work with business partners to identify and remedy any potential gaps in licensing that could impact business processes.
