- Reporting to the CEO, the CHRO will support the organization's business goals and strategies and create a data-driven HR strategy that addresses all key facets of human resources operations and workforce development.
- To support ACCESS’ strong community-focused culture, the CHRO will perform all duties and responsibilities aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- As an active member of the executive team, the CHRO will serve as a key resource and advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on HR-related issues and fostering collaboration between departments and health centers across the health system to support the ongoing development of a talented, engaged workforce.
- The CHRO is also responsible for supporting the holistic employee well-being, fostering a vibrant organizational culture, and ensuring talent readiness for future challenges.
