- This team member will report to the Manager HR Analytics, Audits & Business Processes, and is responsible for providing reporting and analysis to all levels of management on Human Resources data.
- This individual will work with teams inside and outside of Human Resources in order to gain strong comprehension and in turn contribute to other U-Haul programs, supporting those goals and company strategy.
- Build efficient reporting with HR program data that highlights areas for U-Haul company leadership to act on to get ahead of trend indicators identified
- Be responsible for other work as needed, develop strength in execution to bring more and more value to U-Haul Team, helping to drive down costs and continuing your personal and professional growth
- Basic knowledge of U-Haul Operations
