- Responsible for the development, communication, implementation, and administration of benefits program including health, wellness, and 401k administration (familiarity with Railroad Retirement a plus) across multiple US geographies; Leverage market data to ensure program recommendations are competitive; Maintain, update and enhance the HRIS benefits module, including integrations, as appropriate.
- Oversees the administration of all leave-of-absence requests, ensuring processes are streamlined and optimized for an empathetic teammate experience including STD, LTD, state-driven disability laws, FMLA/ADA/USERRA.
- Past experience evaluating market data to ensure our benefits programs remain competitive
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of benefits and HRIS programs
- Significant experience with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and emerging regulatory issues
