- The Benefits Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the New York Foundling’s employee benefits programs.
- The Benefits Manager works closely with all members of the Human Resources department; they are supervised directly by the Vice President-Human Resources and indirectly by the Chief Operating Officer.
- Overseeing the administration of the Foundling’s Wellness Program, in consultation with the VP-HR, the HR Directors and HR Generalists;
- Coordinating the Foundling’s response to any claim for unemployment benefits, in consultation with the VP-HR, HR Directors, HR Generalists, or Senior Generalist or HR Coordinator, or others; monitoring the Foundling’s results in connection with unemployment claims; managing the Foundling’s relationship with outside consultant for unemployment services;
