- The Banquet Attendant is a key member of the banquet team and is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in the oversight of all food & beverage operations at the property.
- The Banquet Attendant must be reliable, have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate on a friendly level.
- The Banquet Attendant duties include, but are not limited to, setting up the pavilion for guests, preparing and cooking food, and cleaning the pavilion area.
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
- Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience
